Jason C. Williams
Vice President, Director of Engineering
Mr. Williams is an expert specializing in positive displacement piston pumps for the oilfield and oilfield services industry. He gained ten years of mud pump design, engineering and application experience while apprenticing under his grandfather, Ellis Williams, and father, Michael Williams, at the Ellis Williams Engineering Company. He was pivotal in the company’s development of the three model lines and helped facilitate the growth of the Ellis Williams Engineering Company from its inception to its sale to Weatherford in 2008. Mr. Williams stayed on with Weatherford, helping them transition into the new entity and aggressively grow the company. Holding several mud pump-related patents, Mr. Williams was responsible for developing the all roller bearing continuous duty internal gear quintuplex mud pump.
Mr. Williams has a Bachelor’s in Finance and Accounting from The University of Missouri, St. Louis.
Peyton D. Waters III
Vice President, Director of Supply Chain Management
Mr. Waters was born and raised in the heart of the oil patch, which instilled a thorough understanding of the demands of the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Waters International in 2006, Mr. Waters spent two years working in the banking industry in Alabama. Since being with Waters International, he has gained experience in various levels of operations including purchasing, domestic & international sales and general management. Mr. Waters strives to provide an efficient and effective schedule of operations for ShalePumps, LLC.
Mr. Waters earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alabama.
